Privacy Policy
Cildro Plywood SRL, Str. Traian 295, Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Romania. We keep this simple, because what we do with data is simple.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or request a quote or samples, we receive the contact details and order information you choose to share. We use them to answer you and to fulfil your request — nothing else. We never sell or share them for marketing.
- Advertising & measurement cookies. This site uses Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Tag, AW-10989710316). Google may set cookies to measure whether a visit led to an enquiry. See how Google uses data from partner sites, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel, whose infrastructure processes standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages securely.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict our processing. Write to andrei.olaru@cildro.ro and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
Politica de confidențialitate (RO)
- Ce ne trimiți. Când ne scrii pe email sau WhatsApp ori ceri o ofertă sau mostre, primim datele de contact și informațiile de comandă pe care alegi să ni le împărtășești. Le folosim ca să îți răspundem și să onorăm cererea — nimic altceva. Nu le vindem și nu le partajăm pentru marketing.
- Cookie-uri de publicitate și măsurare. Site-ul folosește urmărirea conversiilor Google Ads (Google Tag, AW-10989710316). Google poate seta cookie-uri pentru a măsura dacă o vizită a dus la o cerere de ofertă.
- Drepturile tale (GDPR). Poți cere accesul, corectarea sau ștergerea datelor personale, ori restricționarea prelucrării — scrie-ne la andrei.olaru@cildro.ro. Ai și dreptul de a depune o plângere la ANSPDCP.
